Ekonomicky velmi výhodné, vstup přes kód, příslušenství v patře mimo pokoj nevadí, čistě povlečeno, zima nám nebyla, ve velmi malém pokoji konvice s balenou vodou, čaj a sušenky, elektrických zásuvek také dost. Jediné co bychom mohli vytknout je počet ručníků, pokoj pro 6 lidí, 3 společné postele a na každé položen jen 1 ručník/osuška, asi společný pro 2 lidi, nikdo se nechce utřít do již mokrého ručníku. Koupelna mimo pokoj vybavena dostatečně kosmetikou, včetně kondicionéru, mléka na tělo, i třeba krému na ruce. V okolí občerstvení i obchod a kousek metro.
